We are looking for artists who engage with AI, data, digital technologies, scientific processes, or societal issues surrounding new technologies—or who are curious to explore these fields from an artistic perspective.
The “Green IT Cube” on the GSI/FAIR campus is one of the most powerful scientific data centers in the world. Researchers use it for simulations and to analyze measurement data from experiments. Neural networks, machine learning algorithms, and AI models help identify patterns in experimental data and optimize technical infrastructures.
The “HPC-SAR Residency” brings together artistic and scientific perspectives. Through dialogue with researchers, you’ll gain insights into the Green IT Cube and develop new approaches to AI and high-performance computing.
